On Sunday 8th September we are opening our farm!

We have teamed up with Communi Fit to provide them with a venue to host their 30 mile sportive, a bicycle ride for all abilities around our beautiful Dorset and Somerset countryside.

For our part, if you don’t want to cycle thats fine, we will have a hog roast sizzling away, a cider bar, live music from by “Theya”, we will have lots of lovely fresh Tamworth pork produce, amazing home made pickles and jams made just down the road for you to take home, ice creams, our new garden ( a work in progress!! ) to wander round and of course all of our Tamworth’s to visit, including 2 week old piglets !!

There is plenty of room for children to run around, we have the most amazing views to enjoy, so, please, join us for the story so far at The Story Pig

Timings

If you are cycling, registration is from 7,30 am onwards, actual ride starts between 8 and 9 am, (depending how keen you are !!)

Everybody who participates in the sportive will get a T-shirt and a medal after the ride.

If you are coming to visit the farm you will be very welcome from 11am onwards.

Hog roast served from 12 noon

Music from 12 noon

End of the day at 4pm

Free entry

Well behaved Dogs welcome on a short lead.
