Although its wintry and often wet and muddy, bring your wellies and go for a winter walk, a hot chocolate and something tasty. Let’s get through this winter together and before we know it, spring will be knocking on our doors… Who am I kidding!
I don’t get off the farm much, mostly my own choice, Charlotte is the one who goes shopping, she loves it, even though its mostly for the cafe that she peruses.

their mother’s milk – there is a constant rumpus going on as 60 piglets fight over their 6 poor mums.

It’s dark, dark, dark – 6am on a Monday morning early into the new year. I’ve made a steaming coffee for both of us, lit the fire in the office, the radio quietly garbles away in the background.
