A trained chef, Charlotte also showcases savoury delights, with our Tamworth free-range pork as the hero, accompanied by some of the best local ingredients we’ve sourced from the Southwest. From proper Scotch eggs, sausage rolls, and hog roasts with unbeatable crackling, to BBQ breakfast rolls, quintessential quiches and vibrant salads freshly picked from our garden, everything she does is made with love.
